Our entire range of cookies is made using extra fine freshly churned Brittany butter (naturally matured for 2 to 3 days), Guérande sea salt, Brittany biscuit flour, fresh farm eggs; we also use a natural Sicilian lemon purée and a natural Sicilian lemon extract. The dough usually needs to rest before being cooked, baking is carried out in an old-style oven on heat-resistant stones, using traditional baking sheets from times gone by; the biscuits are picked and packed by hand.
