How to Return Your Order

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at products@cordonbleu.edu or HERE  within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for return (optional but helpful)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

After reviewing your request, we will provide:

• A Return Authorization Number (RMA)

• The return address (Amazon fulfillment center)

• Detailed return instructions

Step 3: Prepare Your Return Package

• Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

• Include the Return Authorization Slip (provided after approval).

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Step 4: Ship the Return

• Send the package to the Amazon fulfillment center address provided.

• We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is processed.

Step 5: Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Please allow 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned item for the refund to appear.

Important Notes

• Unauthorized returns without a valid Return Authorization may not be accepted.

• Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• If your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include a photo when you email us.
