At Le Cordon Bleu Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or final sale items, are not eligible for return.

Request a Return:
Please contact us at products@cordonbleu.edu or through our Contact Us page with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Receive Return Instructions:
We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions for sending your item back to our fulfillment center.
Shipping the Return:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Items must be shipped back to the address we will provide, which corresponds to the Amazon fulfillment center handling your order.
Please include the provided Return Authorization Slip inside the package.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be completed.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at products@cordonbleu.edu with a photo of the issue. We will assist you in resolving the problem promptly.
