Our entire range is made using extra fine freshly churned Brittany butter (naturally matured for 2 to 3 days), Guérande sea salt (44), Brittany biscuit flour (44), fresh farm eggs (56); we also use a natural Sicilian lemon purée and a natural Sicilian lemon extract. The dough usually needs to rest before being cooked, baking is carried out in an old-style oven on heat-resistant stones, using traditional baking sheets from times gone by; the biscuits are picked and packed by hand. This way of cooking gives the petit beurre its attractive golden colour, crisp texture and delicious flavour, the Guérande salt cracks between your teeth, awakening the taste buds, its characteristic shape will immediately take you back to your childhood.
